LeafLens ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data processed through this app. Contact: leaflens@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data (email, name) when you sign up. Scan data (label photos, OCR text, results) needed to provide the analysis. Preferences (language, dietary priorities) you set in the app. Technical data (device, app version, basic diagnostics) to keep the service stable.

3. Why we use it

To run the scanning service, save your history, personalise results to your priorities, secure your account and improve the app.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use trusted processors (cloud hosting, authentication, AI analysis) bound by contract to handle data only on our behalf.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings or by writing to leaflens@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, scans and personal data are removed within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.
